Agriões is a noble upper-class neighborhood in Teresópolis, a city located in the interior of the state of Rio de Janeiro. Located in the central part of the municipality, more precisely in the main district, bordering the neighborhood of Várzea, the main commercial center.
Agriões has a total population of 3,369 inhabitants, according to the Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics (IBGE), and is currently the neighborhood with the most expensive square meter in the city, in addition to being one of the best quality of life, with its population formed basically by the upper-middle and upper classes.

On foot, in less than 3 minutes you can reach the City Hall of Teresópolis, the City Hall and the city's Forum.
The Green Fruit supermarket, the best in town, is about 6 minutes away, but you can also count on 4 more options of markets, bakeries and a gas station within the same distance.
In less than 10 minutes on foot you have access to excellent restaurants, such as Paraiso de Agriões and Sinhá.
Going towards the center, which is about a 12-minute walk away, you pass the bus station and the main shopping streets, arriving at Shopping Teresópolis.

Feirinha do Alto, the second largest open-air fair in Brazil, is a 20-minute drive away. Advancing a little further, you can visit the CBF, enjoy the Serra dos Órgãos National Park or admire the Finger of God from the view of Soberbo.
The UPA, Hospital São José and Hospital das Clínicas de Teresópolis Costantino Ottaviano are less than 20 minutes away by car, a similar distance to Centro Universitário Serra dos Órgão - UNFESO.

For those who want peace, the apartment is in a quiet neighborhood with a market, pharmacy, restaurants nearby. For those who like quietness, the place is great I just think that the hostess could send suggestions for tours, restaurants and entertainment in the region, in order to make life easier for tourists who barely know the city.
The apartment is great, super comfortable and cozy. It is noticeable the care she takes even providing soap and towel. The location is great, close to everything and it's on a quiet street and the fact that it has parking is wonderful. I will definitely come back again!
